Ronald Scarboro was named Chief Executive Officer of Azurity in 2025. He has over 30 years of executive financial and operational experience in public and private companies.

Prior to joining Azurity Pharmaceuticals (formerly CutisPharma) in 2018 as Chief Financial Officer, Ronald held senior financial and operational roles in healthcare, including Chief Financial Officer for Clinipace Worldwide, Chief Financial and Information Officer at Comprehensive Pharmacy Services, Chief Financial Officer at M*Modal (NASDAQ: MODL), and after the privatization of the organization, he served as the Chief Operating Officer, managing more than 7,500 professionals across 14 countries. Ronald began his career at Deloitte & Touche and worked with various companies like Aetna, Inc., Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc., Misys Healthcare Systems, PLC, and The TriZetto Group, Inc. He is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from North Carolina State University.
