Ronald L. Scarboro joined Azurity Pharmaceuticals (formerly CutisPharma) as Chief Financial Officer in September 2018. Ron has over 25 years of executive financial and operational experience in public and private companies, ranging from start-up to $1.5B in annual revenues. Prior to joining CutisPharma, he held several senior financial and operational roles in healthcare, including Chief Financial Officer for Clinipace Worldwide, a global Clinical Research Organization, Chief Financial and Information Officer at Comprehensive Pharmacy Services, a leader in pharmacy outsourcing, CFO of M*Modal (NASDAQ: MODL), the global leader in clinical documentation through transcription, and after the privatization of the organization, he served as the Chief Operating Officer, managing more than 7,500 professionals across 14 countries. He began his career at Deloitte and Touche and worked with various companies like Aetna, Inc., Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc., Misys Healthcare Systems, LLC, and The TriZetto Group, Inc.

Ron is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from North Carolina State University.
