Pete Dyke joined Azurity in 2025 as Chief People Officer, bringing over 25 years of executive leadership experience focused on optimizing the customer and employee experience, operational processes, and organizational structures.

Pete has served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for prominent global brands such as Apex Tool Group, Hillenbrand, and Innovative Water Company. He also spent 14 years with Pentair LLC, growing through successive leadership positions, which included significant international leadership assignments. Pete’s early career included roles at General Electric and Ford Motor Company. He holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations degree and a B.A. in International Relations and Economics from Michigan State University.
