As Chief of Staff since 2025, Jordan is the strategic liaison for the CEO, responsible for directing strategic projects and day-to-day operations. She also leads the Enterprise Project Management Organization that drives key initiatives for the company and serves as the stewards of the enterprise management system.

Jordan joined Azurity in 2022 and has held several positions within the finance organization before moving into her current role. During her time in the finance organization, she served as an FP&A partner to multiple departments and managed key functions, including management reporting, strategic tax planning, and treasury. Jordan also played a pivotal role in integration initiatives for both the Slayback and Covis transactions. Jordan started her career with Ernst & Young where she served as an assurance manager in the financial services office. Jordan holds a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S.B.A. in Marketing from Elon University. She is an active CPA in the State of North Carolina.
