Chief Legal and Compliance Officer

Hanok George (“George”) joined Azurity Pharmaceuticals in 2018 and serves as the Company’s Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. He also oversees the country management of Azurity’s international operations.

With years of executive leadership experience at life sciences companies and leading firms, including Eliassen Group, Burns & Levinson LLP, and Littler Mendelson, George advises the Board of Directors, his fellow executive team members, and business leaders on legal and compliance matters to enable the company’s significant growth goals. During his time at Azurity, he has also led Human Resources and Corporate Communications. George is a graduate of Siena College and Albany Law School of Union University and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New York.
