Cindy Myers joined Azurity Pharmaceuticals as Vice President of Market Access & Strategic Accounts in May 2021. Cindy brings over 20 years of experience across the biotechnology industry. She has extensive experience in Market Access, Trade/Distribution, Channel Strategy, Pricing, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), and Patient Services. She has launched and commercialized a significant number of products ranging from pharmaceuticals, biologics, oncology/hematology, immunology, and rare disease.

Cindy has built, developed, and led high performing Sales, Market Access, Trade, and Hospital Account Teams ranging from established companies to startups – Amgen, Genentech, Clovis, and most recently at Agios.

At Agios, Cindy designed and led the Market Access, Trade Relations, and Patient Services organizations. Her team negotiated numerous payer strategies for unimpeded access across Commercial, Medicare Part D, and Government Payers. In addition, Cindy led the strategies for channel design and patient services for the successful launch of innovative oncology treatment for acute myeloid leukemia.

Cindy holds a BS in Finance from University of Florida and an MBA from American University.
