BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Rajiv De Silva has broad international healthcare experience in a career spanning 30 years. His experience includes both publicly traded and private companies at the Chairman, Board, CEO, and COO levels. Rajiv has led companies through growth environments, complex turnaround situations, as well as key value inflection points, and has delivered results through organic growth, complex M&A, organizational restructuring, and capital structure transformations. He has led more than 50 M&A transactions with a value greater than $25 billion in aggregate. Rajiv is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Board Director of Venus Concept, a global public medical device aesthetics company. He was previously the Chairman of Covis Pharma, a privately held global specialty pharmaceutical company. Prior experiences include: President, Chief Executive Officer and Board Director of Endo International, Plc; President of Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. (now known as Bausch Health); various leadership positions with Novartis AG, a leading public global pharmaceutical company, including President of Novartis Vaccines USA, President of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Canada, and Global Head of Strategic Planning for Novartis Pharma AG; and Partner at McKinsey & Company and member of the leadership group of its Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products Practice. Rajiv is also an active philanthropist in the area of education, and is currently the Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Gill St. Bernard’s School in Gladstone, NJ.

Rajiv has a BSE, Honors in Civil Engineering from Princeton University, an MS in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA with Distinction from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
