BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Terrence Terifay joined Azurity Pharmaceuticals as Chief Commercial Officer in January 2020. Terry is a member of the executive leadership team and directly manages all global commercialization efforts. Terry has 25 years of diverse experience in corporate strategy and build-out, general management, commercial operations, and organizational operations in private and publicly traded companies.

Prior to joining Azurity, Terry has held several executive leadership roles within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry. Most recently, Terry served as the Chief Commercial Officer for Charleston Laboratories, Inc., a specialty biopharmaceutical company focused on fixed dosed combination treatments for emesis related to acute conditions such as migraine and post-operative pain. He also served as Senior Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer for OptiNose, Inc., focused on drug-device combination treatments that optimize nasal drug delivery. In addition, he served in increasing leadership roles in publicly traded companies such as Covidien-Mallinckrodt, Cephalon, and Johnson & Johnson. He began his career at Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Terry has completed advanced leadership coursework from Washington University, St. Louis, MO and has a degree in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA.
