Nailesh A. Bhatt has more than twenty five years of pharmaceutical industry experience across the value chain. Mr. Bhatt has served on the Board of Directors of Azurity Pharmaceuticals since April 2018. In 2018, Mr. Bhatt co-founded and led VGYAAN Pharmaceuticals which was acquired in 2023 by a Private Equity funded global pharmaceutical company . Prior to that, in November 2001, Mr. Bhatt founded Proximare, a strategic advisory firm focused exclusively on the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Bhatt also serves as a member of Board of Directors of Bend Bioscience, Elevaris Medical Devices, and Sonnet BioTherapeutics (NASDAQ: SONN). In June 2015, Mr. Bhatt founded Proximare Lifesciences Fund.
